Age Limit for Class One
According to the circular, the child must be 5 to 7 years old on 1 January 2027. As a simple guide, a child born in 2020 or 2021 will usually fit. If your child was born in late 2019 or close to the end of 2021, check the exact age before you apply, because the school checks the birth registration certificate during the interview.
| Child’s date of birth (example) | Age on 1 January 2027 | Eligible? |
|---|---|---|
| 15 March 2020 | 6 years 9 months | Yes |
| 10 August 2021 | 5 years 4 months | Yes |
| 10 June 2022 | 4 years 6 months | No, too young |
| 10 June 2019 | 7 years 6 months | Above the limit |
Not sure about the age? Enter the date of birth in our Age Calculator. It shows years, months and days on 1 January and tells you which class your child fits.
ACPS Admission Fee 2027
The 2027 circular does not mention the application fee. Like last year, the amount and the payment method are shown inside the online application form at www.acps.edu.bd when the window opens on 1 November 2026. Pay only through the official form and keep the payment receipt or transaction ID until admission is complete.
The monthly tuition fee and the admission fee for selected students are announced separately after the lottery. We will add the exact figures here as soon as the school publishes them.

Documents to Keep Ready for the Interview
On 9 or 10 December 2026, the school will check documents during the interview. The circular does not give a full list, so keep the following ready and follow any list sent by SMS or shown on the form:
- Printed copy of the online application form and the admit card or payment receipt
- Child’s online birth registration certificate (original and photocopy)
- National ID cards of both parents (original and photocopy)
- Recent passport-size photos of the child
- For children of armed forces members, a certificate from the parent’s unit or office, if asked
Lottery Process and Result
After the interview, the lottery will be held on 17 December 2026 at the school campus. Selected students are usually informed by SMS and the result is published on the school website and notice board. The school will then announce the date to collect forms and complete admission.
The circular clearly says that any kind of recommendation (সুপারিশ) will make the applicant ineligible. Selection depends only on the lottery under the government policy. You can read how the policy works in our School Admission Policy 2027 guide.
What Changed From Last Year
The timeline is the same as the 2026 session: online application in November, interview on 9 and 10 December, and the lottery on 17 December. The main difference is that last year the school also took a few students in Class Nine (Business Studies) against vacant seats. For 2027 the circular says no class other than Class One will admit students.
Tips for Parents
- Apply early in November. Servers can be slow in the last few days.
- Double-check the spelling of the child’s name and the date of birth before you pay.
- Apply once only. Duplicate applications can be cancelled.
- Keep your phone on during the interview and lottery period to catch the SMS.
- Have a backup plan and apply to a few other schools as well.
